Day two. the main reason for our trip, new years in Times Square. We woke up and took the subway up to Rockefeller Center and shopped on 5th ave and Madison ave. We stopped @ the Today show studios, walked around the Christmas tree and ice skating rink and shopped the NBC store.

Below are pictures from Times Square. We got into our pen around 4 or 4:30 and had to stay there until the ball dropped. We met some people from Ireland named Rose and Liam. Susie tried to make friends with the police officer just so she could go to the bathroom. We were unable to leave our pen or we would not be allowed back in. The temperature @ midnight read 35 degrees, not bad, but for almost 8 hours, it was feeling really cold.
